Zesty Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
potatoes
1 stick margarine
1/4 to 1/2 c. water

Preparation

Scrub and slice potatoes, but do not peel.
Spread potatoes in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with dry mix.
Slice margarine over dish and add water.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir occasionally.
