Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cleaned shrimp
    6 chicken wings
    1 slice ham
    1 pkg. pork sausage
    3 green shallots, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 pkg. smoked sausage
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown flour until dark (very, very brown).
    Add vegetables and cook until tender.
    Fry chicken, ham, sausage and shrimp.
    Place in large pot, adding 2 quarts water or more if needed.
    Cook until all is tender.
    Add parsley, salt and pepper. Just before serving, add enough file to thicken and serve over cooked rice.
