Abuelita'S Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening finely.
    Add water until you're able to handle.
    Form dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
    Shape into 2-inch balls.
    Pat or roll to thin circle. Brown on each side in cast-iron skillet or griddle.
