Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
6 slices bread (trim off crust)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms (optional)
1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Brown sausage and onion.
Butter both sides of the bread. Line bottom of a 9 x 9-inch dish.
Sprinkle sausage and mushrooms over bread.
Top with cheese.
