Strawberry-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole strawberries, thawed, halved and drained
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 medium bananas, cut in small pieces
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat sour cream
    1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    lettuce leaf (for garnish)
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and boiling water in a large bowl, stirring 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves.
    Stir in strawberries, pineapple and pecans.
    Set mixture aside.
