Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large sweet potato
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. canned milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Peel and slice potato.
Cook in a covered saucepan with a little water until tender.
Add other ingredients and beat with mixer until creamy.
Fill unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until edge of crust is brown.
