Triple-Orange Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling liquid (water or fruit syrup)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange-flavored gelatin
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    2 (10 oz. each) cans mandarin orange segments
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Pour boiling liquid over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
    Add orange sherbet.
    Stir until melted. Stir in 1/2 of mandarin orange segments.
    Pour in 6-cup ring mold. Chill until firm.
