Asparagus Tips With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 asparagus spears
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Drain asparagus and reserve liquid.
    Spread asparagus in bottom of a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine mushroom soup with enough liquid to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Pour over asparagus.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until casserole is bubbly.
