Pineapple Cheese Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
    2 c. cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    6 Tbsp. juice
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Mix cheese and pineapple.
    Mix butter and juice.
    Cover with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (I cook in a 2 1/2-quart Corning Ware dish.)
