Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Bring to boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in margarine and flavoring.
    Serve over pound cake or other dessert. Yields 2 cups.
