Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. onions
    3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can vegetable beef soup
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook onions and green pepper in butter until tender.
    Add the beef; cook until brown.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Place in casserole; top with potatoes (instant or regular).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are brown.
    Top with cheese; bake until cheese is melted.
