Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen, cubed vegetarian protein chicken
2 c. brown rice, cooked
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. red bell peppers
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
cheese or potato chips (optional)
Preparation

Stir all ingredients together.
Place in baking dish.
Top with cheese or crushed potato chips.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
