Blender Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend at medium speed until mixed well.
Pour into heavily greased and floured 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Crust forms on bottom.
