Greenback Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices (thick) fresh tomatoes or 1 large can Italian tomatoes
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    6 chopped green onions
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. MSG (optional)
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed.
    Add remaining ingredients to spinach, except tomatoes, and cook over low heat until eggs are cooked.
    Arrange tomatoes in a single layer in a buttered baking dish, 9 x 13.
    Top with spinach mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
