Pork And Bacon Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bacon slices, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 tsp. finely grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground mace
Preparation
    Finely chop bacon in processor.
    Add remaining ingredients, except butter and process sausage mixture until just blended, using on/off turns.
