Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped fine
    2/3 c. oil or bacon drippings
    1 small can cream style corn
    2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put half of cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
