Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    3 cloves garlic, peeled
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    Tabasco sauce
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 bunches romaine lettuce
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 can anchovies, drained
    1 egg, boiled for 60 seconds
    1/2 c. croutons
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle bottom of a wooden bowl with salt and rub it with garlic.
    Add mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce and stir with a wooden spoon until salt dissolves.
