Chicken Napoli (Lemon-Butter Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkgs. Italian dressing mix
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 sticks melted butter
4 - 6 chicken breasts

Preparation

Place chicken in casserole dish, pour mixture over chicken. Cook covered 45 min. on 350\u00b0. Uncover spoon mixture over chicken then cook 10-15 min. to thicken sauce. This is great cooked on the grill also.
