Bobby Boom'S Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salsa
    chopped onion
    grated Cheddar cheese
    chopped tomatoes
    eggs
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Scramble enough eggs for number you are feeding; set aside. Lightly coat fry pan with butter; heat burrito until slightly brown.
    Place on plate; fill with scrambled eggs, onions, tomatoes, cheese and salsa.
    Roll like eggrolls with ends closed. Place in microwave 1 minute to melt cheese.
    Serve with grits.
