Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    2 oz. sliced cooked white meat turkey
    1/4 c. drained sauerkraut
    1 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Toast bread lightly.
    Arrange slices of turkey on the toast. Spread sauerkraut over turkey and top with cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 or put under broiler until the sandwich is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted.
    Garnish with watercress, dill pickle and radish rose.
    Makes 1 serving.
