Cumberland Mountain Pie(About 150 Years Old) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Line a pie tin with pastry.
    Prick with a fork.
    Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Take out.
    Pour in fillings and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
