Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated, raw carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, oil and eggs together at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add dry ingredients and beat for 1 minute.
    Add carrots and nuts and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
