Pickle'S Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla.
    Set aside.
    Cut cookie roll in 1/2.
    Out of each 1/2, cut 16 slices. Much easier if you work with a very cold roll.
    (Don't take out of refrigerator until you're ready to cut.)
    Place 16 slices on bottom of ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch square cake pan.
    Add cheese filling; top with remaining 16 slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    It's delicious!
