Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    garlic or onion (optional)
    1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
    4 salmon steaks
Preparation
    For marinade, combine all ingredients except steaks.
    Pour mixture over salmon in a shallow glass baking dish.
    Refrigerate, covered, 30 to 60 minutes.
    Drain.
    Wrap steaks in foil that is lightly buttered.
    Cook 20 minutes (depending on thickness of steaks).
