South Of The Border Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal mix
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. whole kernel corn
    1 c. shredded Nacho & Taco cheese (Colby & Monterey Jack)
    1/4 c. chopped, canned Jalapeno peppers (or use fresh to taste, if desired)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 10 inch iron skillet. Combine all ingredients and beat until well mixed.
    Pour into skillet.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn out of pan immediately.
