Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter or magarine
    1 (13 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil milk and sugar 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    I use a heavy aluminum pan.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed and melted. Cool and cut.
