Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Generously grease and lightly flour a plain tube pan.
    In large bowl, blend all ingredients at low speed until moistened.
    Beat batter 3 minutes at medium speed and pour into prepared pan.
    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
