Sauteed Sesame Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large egg
1/2 c. dried seasoned bread crumbs
2 fresh flounder fillets
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 (12 oz.) pkg. baby carrots
1/4 lb. snow peas
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Beat egg in shallow bowl.
In second bowl, mix bread crumbs and sesame seed.
Dip fillets into egg, then coat with crumb mixture.
Heat oil in skillet.
Cook fish on medium heat until golden on both sides (turning once), about 5 minutes.
