Pickled Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pk. beans
    1 qt. red vinegar
    3 to 4 heads garlic, chopped finely
    2 c. onions, chopped finely
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. oil
    1 qt. bean water
Preparation
    You will also need 15 pint jars.
