Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh peaches, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place peaches in an 8 x 12-inch or 10-inch square baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Combine flour, sugar, salt and egg until lumpy.
    Spread this mixture over the peaches.
    Pour melted butter over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
