Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    4 c. (1/8-inch) sliced potatoes (about 4 medium)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, gradually stir soup into milk.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover tightly and microwave on High 10 minutes.
    Stir; cover and microwave on High 10 to 15 minutes.
    Let set 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
