Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. white flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton flavored yogurt
Preparation

Cut butter into dry ingredients in bowl until crumbly.
Stir in egg and yogurt until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin cups.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 12 muffins.
(Use any flavor yogurt for variety.)
