June'S Orange Glazed Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    3 c. cooked beets
Preparation
    Heat and bring to boil the margarine, sugar, orange juice, orange rind and vinegar.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch with water and stir into sauce.
    Cook until thickened and clear.
    Add beets and simmer 10 minutes.
