Mini-Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Shape into 1/2-inch meatballs.
    Place in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Spoon reserved tomato sauce over meatballs.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave at High 8 to 9 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 2 to 4 minutes before serving.
    Yields 35 meatballs.
