Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
1 c. molasses
1 c. sour milk
4 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation

Sift flour.
Measure.
Add salt, soda and ginger.
Combine molasses and sour milk.
Add flour mixture and beat well.
Add shortening.
Mix well and pour into greased pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
