Potato And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with cheese and bake until melted.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
