Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices cubed bread (white and/or wheat)
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 1/2 c. milk
    5 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham (for extra flavor)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Oil 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover bottom with bread.
    Fry loose sausage; drain and sprinkle over bread.
    Add cheeses and mushrooms.
    Combine slightly beaten eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour over bread, meat and cheese mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
