Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast (boneless), cut in small pieces
    1 tsp. red cooking wine
    1 egg
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. curry powder
    3 onions, cut
    2 green peppers, cut
    average 1 c. or more cut celery
    average 1 c. or more cut broccoli
    average 1 c. or more water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix well the cooking wine, egg, soy sauce, white pepper and curry powder.
    Marinate chicken 3 or 4
    hours or refrigerate overnight.
