Tender Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) eye round roast
    2 envelopes Washington rich brown seasoning
    soy sauce
    2 pkg. McCormick au jus gravy mix
    2 large onions
    paprika
    Season-All
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Put meat fat side down in roasting pan.
    Add enough water to pan to cover meat 3/4 way up.
    Salt top of meat (meat is frozen). Do not cover pan.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Turn meat over. Cut off fat and discard.
    Sprinkle top of meat with pepper, Season-All and paprika.
    Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cut onions in half and place in pan next to meat.
    Sprinkle onions with soy sauce.
    Decrease temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
    Cover meat with au jus mix.
    Add Washington seasoning to water in pan. Cover pan with lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
