Preacher Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 c. drained fruit (any kind will do)
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Beat egg until fluffy.
    Add sugar and flour.
    Blend until crumbly. Layer fruit in a 13 x 8 1/2 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Add crumbs evenly over fruit.
    Melt margarine and pour over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
