Zucchini Squash Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed drained pineapple
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated raw unpeeled zucchini squash
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and
    sugar until light colored.
    Add 1 cup vegetable oil. Beat until
    blended.
    In
    a separate bowl sift flour, cinnamon, baking
    powder,
    salt
    and soda.
    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and
    beat 2 minutes. Stir in crushed pineapple, well drained,
    and walnuts, vanilla and zucchini (zucchini squeezed in paper
    towel).
    Mix
    thoroughly. Pour batter into well-greased
    and
    floured
    10-inch tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
