Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 eggs
    green pepper strips to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Add cheese, salt and onion and mix.
    Stir in eggs and mix.
    Pour in greased casserole dish.
    Dot with margarine, paprika and green pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May top with 2 cups herb seasoned bread crumbs before adding margarine, paprika and green pepper.
