Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat; brown meat.
    Stir in onion soup mix and mushrooms with liquid; heat until bubbling.
    Slowly stir in sour cream until thoroughly blended.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until heated thoroughly.
    Serve over buttered noodles.
