Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. raw apples, peeled and diced

Preparation

Mix together in a bowl the Wesson oil, sugar, eggs, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add flour, then apples and chopped nuts.
Bake slowly about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
