Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. ears corn, cut coarse
    1 large cabbage head, cut coarse
    1/2 doz. sweet peppers
    1/2 doz. hot peppers
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    1 qt. mustard (plain)
Preparation
    Boil corn in 1 1/2 pints vinegar.
    Twenty minutes after it starts to boil, add other ingredients; cook 20 minutes longer and seal.
    This makes 6 quarts.
