Mother'S Day Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. oatmeal
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except buttermilk and butter or margarine in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add butter or margarine and buttermilk.
    Mix lightly until mixture is just moistened.
    Pour batter in greased muffin tin 3/4 full.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
