Quick Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Tear the bread and place the pieces in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown and drain well the pork sausage. Spoon evenly over bread pieces. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
