Fluffy Lemon Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 C fresh sliced strawberries
1 9-inch Graham Cracker crust
1 C cold milk
1 -4 oz pkg Jell-o instant lemon pudding mix
1 8 oz container whipped topping
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Place strawberries in bottom of crust. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until well blended. Add pudding mix and beat until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread over fruit. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with additional fruit if desired.
