Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground meat or 1 lb. ground meat plus 1/4 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. milk
    1 heaping Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 level tsp. parsley flakes
    oil
    1 jar Prego Plus
    1 egg
    2 slices bread
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic or sprinkle of garlic powder
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add meat.
    Take 2 slices bread and cut the crust off.
    Tear the bread in little pieces and add to 1/2 cup milk just as it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and beat the bread with a fork until it is smooth; let cool.
    Add the following to the ground meat:
    salt, onion, garlic and parsley.
    Now add the cooled bread and milk mixture.
    Mix with hands until well blended.
    Add a little oil.
    Make meatballs and fry until brown.
    Add to spaghetti sauce.
