Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour or 4 c. plain flour and 1 tsp. salt and 5 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in shortening, sugar and egg and beat in flour.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Take out and use amount desired.
    Will keep for 1 week in refrigerator.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
